All New - Muscle Groups Resource
The Muscle Groups resource is a starting point for a much wider resource on anatomy. However, those muscle groups are part of the exercise directory so it is useful to include information on them.
New Exercise Directory
The new exercise directory contains 874 exercises, organized by primary and secondary muscle groups. It’s the start of a broader resource system that will soon include workouts, interviews, and deeper training insights.

A New Website
A new fitnesstracker.ca has been released. Learn more about the development process and some of the features that will be available.
Development Log 2 - Siteimp Logger
The founder has another product called Siteimp, which provides a way to collect structured logs. As well as a product called Formimp, which lets users deliver those logs with their support requests, while redacting whatever information they choose. The whole experience will provide quick bug fixes and hopefully truly amazing customer service.
Development Log 1 - Tauri
The founder writes about a very late decision to rewrite Fitness Tracker while it was in beta testing. It was a very difficult decision with a lot of risk attached, but it has proven to be a very good exercise overall. The application is faster, the install package is smaller and it's an opportunity to correct mistakes made during the last build process.
