Learning about nutrition helped me get closer to my fitness goals and that impact only grew as I started tracking what I was putting into my body versus what kinds of performance I could get out of it. Some aspects of nutrition still baffle me, others completely fascinate me to a point I would like to go to graduate school to learn more. B vitamins fall into the latter camp.

The best way to describe B vitamins is that they do a lot of important things in the body, but they're water soluble so you have to keep replacing them. And B vitamins is an important distinction because there are actually eight of them.
