Enhancement to the FitnessTracker Exercise Directory

Learn more about equipment on the Equipment Directory.

The application is coming along well and a big part of it is in beta again. The (storephotos)[https://storephotos.ca] project has taken up quite a bit of time but that's fine as it's only made the private photo and timelapse tools built into FitnessTracker much better.

One of the goals for FitnessTracker is that it should work perfectly offline and provide information to people who may not have reliable internet access. This requires some highly structured data so that people can plan out new workouts or learn about new exercises without internet access. To enable that feature, I really needed a way to (search by equipment)[/resources/exercises/equipment/]. And thus, the Exercise Equipment Directory was born. You can learn more about equipment and then find a list of exercises in the system that you can do with that equipment.

As usual, all of the information is available for free for everyone and at some point, I'll write up a tutorial on how to scrape the content so you can access it offline too. But my kid is in their last two weeks of summer vacation so we have some spooky places to explore, school supplies to buy and mini adventures to enjoy together.
