Some people spend Canada Day going out with friends, having barbecues or enjoying the relatively brief Canadian summers. But with my kid with my mom for their annual Canada Day party, I spent my Canada day working on the application and adding some content. The rewrite has reached the stage where I am reimplementing the workout planner and scheduler - I didn't get it quite right the first time when it was a gym notebook on steroids and this rewrite is already making it more useful as a desktop application.
It also gave me the chance to work on a lot of new content. Part of the workout planner is displaying information on muscles that are worked to help people plan out their own workouts with a physician or trainer's help, or based on what they learn about their bodies.
And so today, I added some fresh content and foundational exercises, some of my favourite exercises and some exercises that I'm really bad at. It was an excellent day
The application will be back in beta this July and so far, feedback on the new sections has been overwhelmingly positive. Thank you for everything you all do.
