Learning about what I was putting into my body was a big part of my nutrition journey. Diets never really resonated with me, but learning about what happened inside my body when I ate bad foods resonated strongly. So I lost weight through stuffing myself with healthy foods to such a point that I couldn't eat junk.
Why am I telling you this? Because I'm not just the founder, I'm the longest term user and so as you dive in you will see my fingerprints all over this. Fitness Tracker was largely built for me. As I have expanded usage and started a beta trial, I am learning that other types of content are more helpful for other people so this section will undergo a massive amount of change.
However for now, it's mostly about the science of what you eat. It is divided up into macronutrients, vitamins and minerals(/resources/nutrition/minerals/) but more more content will be added over the coming weeks as I learn more about what is important to my beta testers.
