This section of the Fitness Tracker blog highlights how nutrition connects to strength, energy, and recovery. Posts include updates to the nutrition library, training strategies, and deep dives into vitamins, minerals, and macronutrients.

New Nutrition Section

The new nutrition section has launched, but like many other parts of the site it will also undergo a lot of big changes before the Fitness Tracker application is released. It launched with a lot of information on macros, vitamins and minerals but will expand to include information tailored for plant based people and those with other dietary requirements.
