Instructions

  1. Lie on a flat bench holding dumbbells with arms extended by your thighs and palms up.
  2. With a slight bend in your elbows, sweep the dumbbells in a wide arc until they meet above your head.
  3. Reverse the motion under control to return to the starting position.
