Instructions
- Lie back on an incline bench and grip the bar with a medium-width grip.
- Unrack the bar and hold it above your chest with arms locked out.

- Exhale as you press the bar back up, locking out your arms and squeezing your chest at the top.
- Perform the prescribed number of repetitions, then carefully re-rack the bar.
