This twisting cable movement mimics the rotational mechanics of a judo throw to activate your core.

Instructions

  1. Set a rope attachment at the lowest pulley setting and stand sideways to the machine with a wide stance.
  2. Grab the rope with both hands and hold it near your lead shoulder.
  3. Twist your torso away from the pulley, simulating a judo throw, while shifting weight through your feet.
  4. Return to the starting position with control and repeat for reps.
  5. Switch sides and repeat the movement.
