Instructions
- Set a rope attachment at the lowest pulley setting and stand sideways to the machine with a wide stance.
- Grab the rope with both hands and hold it near your lead shoulder.
- Twist your torso away from the pulley, simulating a judo throw, while shifting weight through your feet.
- Return to the starting position with control and repeat for reps.
- Switch sides and repeat the movement.
