Instructions
- Attach a single handle to a high pulley and stand facing the weight stack.
- Grab the handle with an underhand grip and pull it down so your elbow is tucked close to your side.
- Extend your arm downward until it is fully straightened, keeping your upper arm stationary.
- Pause briefly at the bottom, squeezing the triceps, then return slowly to the starting position.
- Complete the desired reps on one side, then switch arms and repeat.
