Instructions
- Sit in a leg press machine and place your feet shoulder-width apart on the platform.
- Press the platform to extend your legs without locking your knees, then shift your feet so only the balls of your feet remain on the platform.
- Push through your toes to raise your heels, flexing your calves at the top.
- Slowly lower your heels until you feel a full stretch in your calves.
- Repeat for the target number of repetitions.
