Calf Stretch Elbows Against Wall

Relieve tight calves with this simple wall-based stretch.

A gentle stretch for loosening the calves after training or prolonged activity.

Instructions

  1. Stand facing a wall a few feet away.
  2. Lean forward and rest your forearms on the wall, shifting weight onto them.
  3. Keep your heels flat on the floor. Hold the stretch for 10–20 seconds.
  4. Adjust your distance from the wall as needed to increase or decrease intensity.
