Chain Handle Extension

Strengthen your triceps with this challenging chain-based variation.

This variation creates resistance that increases as you press, improving lockout strength.

Instructions

  1. Attach chains to cable handles and lie flat on a bench, holding the chains vertically with elbows pointed upward.
  2. Extend your arms by straightening your elbows, keeping your upper arms stationary.
  3. Pause at the top, then slowly return to the starting position with control.
