Instructions

  1. Stand with the bar at mid-thigh and grip it shoulder-width with an overhand or hook grip.
  2. Maintain a flat back and slight forward lean.
  3. Explosively shrug your shoulders up toward your ears while keeping your arms straight.
  4. Reset under control and repeat.
