Instructions

  1. Stand upright holding the inner grips of an EZ bar with your palms facing up.
  2. Keep your elbows tucked and stationary beside your torso.
  3. Curl the bar toward your shoulders, contracting the biceps.
  4. Pause at the top, then lower slowly to the start position.
  5. Perform each rep with control and avoid using momentum.
