Instructions

  1. Step into position and cradle the bar in the crooks of your elbows like a Zurcher carry.
  2. Brace your core and lift the bar off the ground to chest level.
  3. Begin walking in a large circular path, keeping your steps short and steady.
  4. Maintain upright posture and breathe evenly throughout.
  5. Continue moving until you complete the designated time or distance.
