Instructions
- Sit on a bench with a dumbbell in one hand and your elbow braced against your inner thigh.
- Keep your upper arm still and curl the dumbbell toward your shoulder.
- Squeeze your biceps at the top, then lower slowly.
- Complete all reps on one arm before switching.
