Concentration Curls

Concentration Curls are ideal for focused arm days in the FitnessTracker app. They remove momentum and allow you to lock in on the mind-muscle connection.

Instructions

  1. Sit on a bench with a dumbbell in one hand and your elbow braced against your inner thigh.
  2. Keep your upper arm still and curl the dumbbell toward your shoulder.
  3. Squeeze your biceps at the top, then lower slowly.
  4. Complete all reps on one arm before switching.
