Decline EZ Bar Triceps Extension

Challenge your triceps with a decline EZ-bar extension.

If your FitnessTracker goals include bigger arms, this decline triceps extension is a must. It helps stretch and activate all heads of the triceps effectively.

Instructions

  1. Lie on a decline bench with your legs secured and an EZ-bar held above your chest.
  2. Keep your elbows locked in place and slowly bend your arms to lower the bar toward your forehead.
  3. Stop just before the bar reaches your head.
  4. Press back up by extending your arms fully.
  5. Maintain control and avoid flaring the elbows outward.
