Instructions
- Stand with dumbbells at your sides and feet shoulder-width apart.
- Hinge at the hips and lower the dumbbells to just above the floor.
- Explode upward, extending your hips and pulling the dumbbells high.
- Drop into a quarter squat as you guide the dumbbells to your shoulders.
- Stand tall to complete the movement, then reset for the next rep.
