Dumbbell Clean

Add explosive power to your FitnessTracker programming with the dumbbell clean. It trains the whole body in one powerful motion, mimicking real-world lifting demands.

Instructions

  1. Stand with dumbbells at your sides and feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. Hinge at the hips and lower the dumbbells to just above the floor.
  3. Explode upward, extending your hips and pulling the dumbbells high.
  4. Drop into a quarter squat as you guide the dumbbells to your shoulders.
  5. Stand tall to complete the movement, then reset for the next rep.
