Instructions
- Lie on your side on a bench holding a dumbbell with one hand.
- Bend your elbow to 90 degrees and rest your head on your opposite arm.
- Rotate your forearm so the palm turns upward, lifting the dumbbell.
- Pause briefly, then return to the start. Complete all reps, then switch arms.
