Instructions
- Hold a dumbbell overhead with one hand, arm extended next to your ear.
- Support the working arm with your free hand or let it rest by your side.
- Slowly lower the dumbbell behind your head by bending at the elbow.
- Keep your upper arm stationary throughout the movement.
- Extend your arm back to the top and repeat.
- Switch arms after completing all reps on one side.
