Dumbbell One-Arm Triceps Extension

This one-arm triceps extension is a simple way to isolate each arm in your FitnessTracker strength sessions. It helps build balanced arms and proper overhead control.

Instructions

  1. Hold a dumbbell overhead with one hand, arm extended next to your ear.
  2. Support the working arm with your free hand or let it rest by your side.
  3. Slowly lower the dumbbell behind your head by bending at the elbow.
  4. Keep your upper arm stationary throughout the movement.
  5. Extend your arm back to the top and repeat.
  6. Switch arms after completing all reps on one side.
