Dumbbell Scaption

Dumbbell scaption is a controlled exercise that targets the stabilizing muscles of the shoulders. It's ideal for injury prevention and shoulder mobility work.

Instructions

  1. Stand with a dumbbell in each hand, arms at your sides, thumbs pointing forward.
  2. Raise your arms in front of you at a 30-degree angle from center.
  3. Lift until your arms are parallel to the ground.
  4. Pause briefly, then lower slowly to the starting position.
