Warm up your lats with this simple dynamic stretch.

Use this light dynamic stretch to prepare your upper body for pulling exercises or full-body movement. It helps increase range of motion and reduce tightness.

Instructions

  1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and arms at your sides.
  2. Swing your straight arms forward and overhead in a smooth, controlled motion.
  3. Increase the range of motion with each swing.
  4. Perform 5–10 reps to complete the stretch.
