Elbow Circles

Activate your shoulders with this circular mobility drill.

Elbow circles are a quick and simple way to loosen the shoulder joints. Use this as a warm-up before upper-body training or mobility work.

Instructions

  1. Sit or stand with your feet hip-width apart.
  2. Place your hands on your shoulders so your elbows point outward.
  3. Slowly draw large circles in the air with your elbows.
  4. Breathe steadily and repeat for 5–10 reps in each direction.
