Elbow circles are a quick and simple way to loosen the shoulder joints. Use this as a warm-up before upper-body training or mobility work.
Instructions
- Sit or stand with your feet hip-width apart.
- Place your hands on your shoulders so your elbows point outward.
- Slowly draw large circles in the air with your elbows.
- Breathe steadily and repeat for 5–10 reps in each direction.
