Instructions
- Attach a rope or dual handles to a high pulley.
- Grab the handles with both hands and step back slightly.
- Pull the handles toward your face, leading with your elbows and keeping them parallel to the floor.
- Pause and squeeze your shoulder blades together.
- Return with control and repeat.
