Frog Hops are a fun and functional way to build explosive leg strength. They also improve range of motion through the hips and knees.
Instructions
- Start in a deep squat with your torso upright and hands behind your head.
- Jump forward a few feet, keeping your jump low and long rather than high.
- Land gently, absorb the impact, and immediately jump again.
- Continue for 5–10 repetitions or until fatigued.
