Frog Hops

Improve leg power and mobility with this bodyweight drill.

Frog Hops are a fun and functional way to build explosive leg strength. They also improve range of motion through the hips and knees.

Instructions

  1. Start in a deep squat with your torso upright and hands behind your head.
  2. Jump forward a few feet, keeping your jump low and long rather than high.
  3. Land gently, absorb the impact, and immediately jump again.
  4. Continue for 5–10 repetitions or until fatigued.
