This version of the lat pulldown uses independent cables to create a wide, arcing pull that challenges your coordination and builds full-range strength.
Instructions
- Stand or sit tall and grasp the stirrup handles attached to high pulleys with arms crossed and palms facing forward.
- Keep your chest up and back slightly arched, then pull the handles down in a wide arc.
- Rotate your hands during the pull so your palms face each other at the bottom.
- Pause briefly, then return the handles slowly to the starting position.
