Full Range-Of-Motion Lat Pulldown

Activate your entire back with this full-range cable movement.

This version of the lat pulldown uses independent cables to create a wide, arcing pull that challenges your coordination and builds full-range strength.

Instructions

  1. Stand or sit tall and grasp the stirrup handles attached to high pulleys with arms crossed and palms facing forward.
  2. Keep your chest up and back slightly arched, then pull the handles down in a wide arc.
  3. Rotate your hands during the pull so your palms face each other at the bottom.
  4. Pause briefly, then return the handles slowly to the starting position.
