Instructions
- Stand next to a heavy bag in a split stance, one foot forward and one back.
- Place your lead-side hand against the bag at chest height.
- Rotate your torso and push the bag forward forcefully using your chest and triceps.
- Control the return swing, then repeat the motion.
- Alternate sides after completing the set.
