Heavy Bag Thrust

Generate explosive pushing power using a heavy bag.

The Heavy Bag Thrust is a great FitnessTracker addition for users training punching power or explosive chest drive. It’s simple, satisfying, and surprisingly tough.

Instructions

  1. Stand next to a heavy bag in a split stance, one foot forward and one back.
  2. Place your lead-side hand against the bag at chest height.
  3. Rotate your torso and push the bag forward forcefully using your chest and triceps.
  4. Control the return swing, then repeat the motion.
  5. Alternate sides after completing the set.
