Instructions

  1. Lie back on a low-incline bench with a dumbbell in each hand above your chest.
  2. Start with palms facing each other and arms slightly bent.
  3. Slowly lower the dumbbells to the sides until you feel a stretch in your chest.
  4. Squeeze your chest as you return to the top.
