Instructions
- Lie back on a low-incline bench with a dumbbell in each hand above your chest.
- Start with palms facing each other and arms slightly bent.
- Slowly lower the dumbbells to the sides until you feel a stretch in your chest.
- Squeeze your chest as you return to the top.
