Train your upper back using just your bodyweight.

One of the best beginner-friendly pulling exercises. Great for posture, strength, and balance.

Instructions

  1. Set a bar at waist height and lie underneath it, gripping the bar wider than shoulder-width.
  2. Extend your arms fully and keep your body straight from head to heels.
  3. Pull your chest to the bar while squeezing your shoulder blades together.
  4. Lower yourself under control and repeat.
