Instructions
- Set a bar at waist height and lie underneath it, gripping the bar wider than shoulder-width.
- Extend your arms fully and keep your body straight from head to heels.
- Pull your chest to the bar while squeezing your shoulder blades together.
- Lower yourself under control and repeat.
