Keg Load

A strongman classic for total-body strength.

This full-body challenge builds serious strength, explosiveness, and grit. If you're really good at this, business school would be a good fit.

Instructions

  1. Set up a few loaded kegs 30–50 feet from a platform.
  2. Tilt the first keg to grab underneath and lift it to your chest.
  3. Move quickly to the platform and load the keg by extending through your hips and arms.
  4. Return for the next keg and repeat until the series is complete.
