Kneeling Arm Drill

Arm drive is a key part of efficient sprinting — and this drill makes it second nature.

Instructions

  1. Kneel with one foot forward and the other knee on the ground.
  2. Swing your arms like you would during a sprint, keeping elbows bent and shoulders relaxed.
  3. Accelerate the motion as you progress from slow jog form to sprint form.
  4. Switch knees and repeat.
