Instructions
- Kneel with one foot forward and the other knee on the ground.
- Swing your arms like you would during a sprint, keeping elbows bent and shoulders relaxed.
- Accelerate the motion as you progress from slow jog form to sprint form.
- Switch knees and repeat.
