Kneeling High Pulley Row

Kneeling gives you a stable base to isolate your back without lower-body involvement.

Instructions

  1. Attach a rope handle to a high pulley and kneel a few feet in front of the machine.
  2. Hold the rope with both hands, arms extended toward the pulley.
  3. Pull the rope toward your upper chest by bending your elbows and squeezing your shoulder blades.
  4. Pause at the top, then return slowly to the start.
