Kneeling gives you a stable base to isolate your back without lower-body involvement.
Instructions
- Attach a rope handle to a high pulley and kneel a few feet in front of the machine.
- Hold the rope with both hands, arms extended toward the pulley.
- Pull the rope toward your upper chest by bending your elbows and squeezing your shoulder blades.
- Pause at the top, then return slowly to the start.
