This explosive movement trains power and coordination through a dynamic forward throw.
Instructions
- Stand facing a partner or wall, holding a medicine ball at chest level with both hands.
- Bring the ball toward your chest, then extend your arms forward to pass it, exhaling as you push.
- Your partner should catch the ball and throw it back, or the ball will rebound off the wall.
- Catch the ball with both hands and repeat the motion for the desired number of repetitions.
