Medicine Ball Chest Pass

A focused movement for building your chest.

This explosive movement trains power and coordination through a dynamic forward throw.

Instructions

  1. Stand facing a partner or wall, holding a medicine ball at chest level with both hands.
  2. Bring the ball toward your chest, then extend your arms forward to pass it, exhaling as you push.
  3. Your partner should catch the ball and throw it back, or the ball will rebound off the wall.
  4. Catch the ball with both hands and repeat the motion for the desired number of repetitions.
