This rotational exercise improves coordination and core power through partner-assisted twisting.
Instructions
- Stand back-to-back with your partner about 2 to 3 feet apart, holding a medicine ball in front of your torso.
- Twist through your torso and hips in the same direction, passing the ball to your partner behind you.
- Both of you twist in the opposite direction to receive and pass the ball again.
- Keep your arms slightly bent and your movements smooth and controlled.
