Medicine Ball Full Twist

A focused movement for building your abs.

This rotational exercise improves coordination and core power through partner-assisted twisting.

Instructions

  1. Stand back-to-back with your partner about 2 to 3 feet apart, holding a medicine ball in front of your torso.
  2. Twist through your torso and hips in the same direction, passing the ball to your partner behind you.
  3. Both of you twist in the opposite direction to receive and pass the ball again.
  4. Keep your arms slightly bent and your movements smooth and controlled.
