Neck-SMR

A focused movement for building your neck.

Self-myofascial release (SMR) for the neck helps reduce tension and improve mobility in a targeted, safe way.

Instructions

  1. Using a muscle roller or similar tool, place it against the muscles alongside your neck (not directly on the spine).
  2. Start near the base of your skull and slowly roll down toward the shoulders.
  3. Pause and hold for 10–30 seconds on any tight or sore spots.
