One Arm Against Wall

A simple movement to strengthen your lats with no equipment.

This gentle stretch helps lengthen the lats using only a wall for resistance.

Instructions

  1. Stand near a wall and raise one arm to shoulder height, bending the elbow.
  2. Press the bent arm into the wall, then lean your body gently toward the wall until you feel a stretch along your side and lat.
  3. Hold the stretch for the desired time, then switch sides.
