One-Arm Kettlebell Clean and Jerk

This kettlebell clean and jerk builds athletic power from the ground up — ideal for explosive strength and shoulder endurance.

Instructions

  1. Hold a kettlebell by the handle at your side.
  2. Clean it to your shoulder by extending through the hips and rotating the wrist so your palm faces forward.
  3. Dip your knees and prepare to drive upward.
  4. Explosively press the kettlebell overhead using your body’s momentum.
  5. Catch the weight with arms extended and legs slightly bent.
  6. Stand tall to complete the rep, then reset and repeat.
