Rowing with a single kettlebell helps improve postural control and isolate each side of your back — supporting balanced development.

Instructions

  1. Place a kettlebell in front of your feet and hinge forward at the hips.
  2. With your back flat, grab the kettlebell and pull it toward your waist.
  3. Squeeze your shoulder blade at the top of the movement.
  4. Lower the weight back down and repeat.
