Instructions
- Stand facing a box 1–2 feet away, with your feet hip-width apart.
- Jump onto the box, landing softly with knees bent and feet flat.
- Without pausing, extend through your hips and jump vertically off the box.
- Land softly on the floor, absorbing the impact with bent knees.
- Reset and repeat for the desired number of reps.
