A two-part movement that includes both front and behind-the-neck pull-ups to challenge your back from different angles.
Instructions
- Grab a pull-up bar with a wide, overhand grip.
- Lean back slightly and pull your chest up to the bar, squeezing your lats at the top.
- Lower yourself slowly to the starting position.
- On the next rep, keep your torso upright and pull until the bar reaches the back of your neck.
- Alternate between front and rear pull-ups for each repetition.
