Rocky Pull-Ups/Pulldowns

A focused movement for building your lats.

A two-part movement that includes both front and behind-the-neck pull-ups to challenge your back from different angles.

Instructions

  1. Grab a pull-up bar with a wide, overhand grip.
  2. Lean back slightly and pull your chest up to the bar, squeezing your lats at the top.
  3. Lower yourself slowly to the starting position.
  4. On the next rep, keep your torso upright and pull until the bar reaches the back of your neck.
  5. Alternate between front and rear pull-ups for each repetition.
