Seated Cable Rows

Target your middle back with this dynamic cable exercise.

This classic back exercise builds strength across your mid and upper back using a controlled pulling motion.

Instructions

  1. Sit at a low cable row station and grab the V-bar handle with a neutral grip.
  2. Keep your knees slightly bent and your back straight as you extend your arms.
  3. Pull the handle toward your torso, keeping your elbows close to your sides.
  4. Squeeze your shoulder blades together at the end of the pull.
  5. Slowly return to the start and repeat.
