This classic back exercise builds strength across your mid and upper back using a controlled pulling motion.
Instructions
- Sit at a low cable row station and grab the V-bar handle with a neutral grip.
- Keep your knees slightly bent and your back straight as you extend your arms.
- Pull the handle toward your torso, keeping your elbows close to your sides.
- Squeeze your shoulder blades together at the end of the pull.
- Slowly return to the start and repeat.
