Shoulder Circles

A simple movement to strengthen your shoulders with no equipment.

This simple movement loosens the shoulders and upper back with gentle circular motion.

Instructions

  1. Sit or stand comfortably with arms relaxed at your sides or in your lap.
  2. Slowly roll both shoulders forward, up, back, and down in a circular motion.
  3. Reverse direction after several repetitions.
  4. You can move both shoulders together or one at a time.
