This is a simple isolation movement to activate the upper traps and stretch the shoulder region.
Instructions
- Stand or sit tall with your arms resting comfortably at your sides.
- Raise both shoulders straight up toward your ears.
- Lower them slowly back down with control.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
