Side Jackknife

Instructions

  1. Lie on your right side with your legs extended and your left hand behind your head.
  2. Brace your core and lift both your torso and legs toward each other, forming a jackknife shape.
  3. Pause briefly at the top, squeezing your obliques.
  4. Lower back down with control.
  5. Repeat for your desired reps, then switch sides.
