Side to Side Box Shuffle

Train lower-body agility and quickness with this fast-paced drill.

This drill enhances quickness, coordination, and endurance through rapid side-to-side movement. It's excellent for cardio sessions or athletic training circuits.

Instructions

  1. Stand to the left of a box with your left foot on top.
  2. Jump laterally over the box, switching feet in the air.
  3. Land on the opposite side with your right foot on the box and left on the ground.
  4. Continue shuffling back and forth for time or reps.
