This drill enhances quickness, coordination, and endurance through rapid side-to-side movement. It's excellent for cardio sessions or athletic training circuits.
Instructions
- Stand to the left of a box with your left foot on top.
- Jump laterally over the box, switching feet in the air.
- Land on the opposite side with your right foot on the box and left on the ground.
- Continue shuffling back and forth for time or reps.
