Side Wrist Pull

A simple movement to strengthen your shoulders with no equipment.

This stretch targets the upper back and shoulders in a gentle pulling motion.

Instructions

  1. Stand tall and bring your left arm across your body at waist height.
  2. Use your right hand to gently grasp your left wrist.
  3. Slowly straighten and lift your arm across the body until it reaches shoulder height.
  4. Feel the stretch along your back and shoulder.
  5. Switch sides and repeat.
