Instructions
- Stand tall and bring your left arm across your body at waist height.
- Use your right hand to gently grasp your left wrist.
- Slowly straighten and lift your arm across the body until it reaches shoulder height.
- Feel the stretch along your back and shoulder.
- Switch sides and repeat.
