Sled Drag - Harness

Challenge your entire lower body with this heavy sled movement.

This strongman-inspired sled movement builds full-body power with a special focus on the quads and glutes. FitnessTracker users can use it to build serious leg strength and conditioning.

Instructions

  1. Load a sled with the appropriate weight and attach a harness or pulling strap.
  2. Lean forward slightly, engaging your core and keeping a flat back.
  3. Begin walking, driving through your heels and extending at the hips and knees.
  4. Pull in a straight line for the desired distance or time.
