Sled Overhead Triceps Extension

A focused movement for building your triceps.

This sled-based extension works the triceps with continuous resistance and improved control.

Instructions

  1. Attach handles to a sled and face away with some tension in the line.
  2. Extend your arms overhead, elbows pointing forward and slightly bent.
  3. Press the handles forward by straightening your elbows.
  4. Step forward to reset tension and repeat.
