Smith Machine Incline Bench Press

Strengthen your chest using a machine-based variation.

This incline press version targets the upper chest while providing machine-guided support.

Instructions

  1. Set an incline bench under the Smith machine and position the bar above your upper chest.
  2. Grip the bar slightly wider than shoulder width and unrack it with your arms extended.
  3. Lower the bar slowly to your upper chest while keeping your elbows steady.
  4. Push the bar back up to the starting position and repeat.
