This incline press version targets the upper chest while providing machine-guided support.
Instructions
- Set an incline bench under the Smith machine and position the bar above your upper chest.
- Grip the bar slightly wider than shoulder width and unrack it with your arms extended.
- Lower the bar slowly to your upper chest while keeping your elbows steady.
- Push the bar back up to the starting position and repeat.
